Entry #5: Arizona Water Crisis

 This article addresses the very important water crisis we are facing here in Arizona. Climate change has made the extremely important Colorado river which Arizona relies on for much of its water supply become scare in resources. I found the rhetoric of this post to be appropriate for the topic at hand. The author remained professional while at the same time giving suggestions on how to handle the water crisis without making it seem overly bias or like an opinion piece.  I thought this piece was very interesting and I appreciated the way it addressed the larger effects this and other water related problems can have on the environment and their contribution to larger climate disasters. The author mentions the impact this can have on farmers and subsequently our food supply. This article also vaguely touches on the ways in which the climate crisis is already impacting lower impact people and how they will be hit the worse by climate changes full effects if it's not combated. Blog #4: The TV Shows that are Keeping Network Television Alive

Cable seems to be a dying business nowadays with streaming services dominating there is no need to pay for cable on top of the probably half a dozen streaming services most of us have. Not to mention the con of having to sit through commercials. Many shows are available to watch the next day of their streaming counterparts. But nothing quite adds up to the experience of watching a show live while it airs for the first time. So, don't cancel your cable yet because there still plenty of shows that keep network television exciting in 2023.  9-1-1 and 9-1-1 Lonestar First up is 9-1-1 and its spinoff 9-1-1 lone star. Both follow a group of firefighters and the outlandish calls they take that can at times be life threating. Of course, no workplace centered drama would be complete without drama.
